We hand make all our products with an emphasis on natural ingredients, high nutrition and diversity using traditional techniques of long slow fermentation. Handmade crackers with our "Rosie" sourdough starter. Fermented for 24 hours. All natural ingredients including whole wheat flour, sesame seeds and poppy seeds. High in fibre, low in sugar, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Perfect snack replacement for chips.
Soft and moist and rich in flavour thanks to the sourdough starter we add. These melt in your mouth brownies satisfy your dessert craving without becoming overwhelming. 70% dark chocolate balances out the sweetness and we sneak in some rye flour to add more fibre and malty notes.
